We can make anything here. Anything you want.

We do both custom milling and wholesale orders on a variety of products including siding, flooring, reclaimed barn wood, timbers, thermally modified wood, trims, and much more. Timber is available in any size, any length. We even provide custom cut logs for log homes in Canada and internationally. Because we do our own logging, milling, drying, dressing, and packaging in house, we are able to offer lower costs and a the best possible value to our customers.

The variety of options we have here is endless. We specialize in custom work. Pick one of our popular profiles or design your own. See a color you like in a photo? Bring it in, we can make a custom color just for you and match it perfectly.

There is hardly any product waste generated from our mill. We sell an assortment of by-products as well including bark, mulch, sawdust, and woodchips. We also make “Miracle Mix” which is our very own recipe for soil enrichment.

Custom Millwork

We give you the freedom to create your own custom siding, flooring, paneling, ceilings, and trims. We offer hundreds of profiles from any species or if you’d like, create your own profile. We can make anything here. Some popular profiles are V-joint, Beadboard, Shadowline, Square Edge, Centre Match, Channel, Bevel, Cove, Board and Batten, and Log Look. We also custom cut logs for log homes right here, on-site. We can distress and texturize whatever you’d like or we can keep it classic and smooth. Your options are absolutely limitless.

WALLS & CEILINGS

Muskoka Timber Mills makes baseboard, casing, crown mouldings, back band, soffit, fascia, freeze board, starter board, and battens, etc. in any species. Length available up to 18’.  We have hundreds of profiles to choose from, or, draw your own for a very custom look and we’ll be happy to make it for you.

Flooring

When we say “custom,” we mean it. You can have whatever you want here. There has never been anything we couldn’t produce. Flooring can be made in any thickness, any profile, new or reclaimed, we even do widths up to 12 inches for wide wood plank flooring. Choose a species, show us what you like, and we’ll make it happen. Popular species include Ash, Walnut, Cherry, Hemlock, Poplar, Pine, Cedar, and Douglas Fir.

Thermally Modified DECKING

Thermally Modified Decking is safe, effective, renewable, 100% free of chemicals, and resists rot and decay. The white ash wood is pre-finished to prevent water penetration and includes self-draining hidden fasteners and backed by a 25 year warranty.

Timber

Muskoka Timber Mills custom cuts all timbers; any length, any size. Available in White Pine, Hemlock, Spruce, Douglas Fir, and Cedar. We also custom cut logs for log homes.

Timberthane

Just like all things at the mill, our siding is custom. Designed by YOU. Our favorite part about our siding is the coating we use. Previously known as GemThane, we are proud to re-introduce the most advanced siding there has ever been as Timberthane, which we make right here at our mill.
